Refused Birthday Gift

There is no reason for me to remember that Chinese girl,but what made me to recall the incident was I saw a girl today who resembles her.
It was my early days in China, I met her incidentally and she immediately became one of my close friend. On my birthday, I invited my chosen friends to have dinner in a restaurant but concealed my reason for the party. Surprisingly those clever guys came with gifts but the girl appeared with empty hand and her face pale with shame.
In the end of the party she insisted me to accompany with her to her home and I could not refuse.
It was a beautiful apartment. There was a piano in the living room. She sat behind the piano and moved a chair for me to sit beside her. There was an elegant rhythm of music live as her gorgeous fingers move in the key board. She looks pretty romantic in that evening and the stunning things followed as she request me to stay with her the night and accept it as my birthday gift.
The moment I recognize someone stranger awake inside me and insisted me to accept the exceptional gift. It was not at all easy to withstand the temptation as I was still a bachelor. Suddenly she turns out to be a vine and round me with her hand. I found we were in dark.
I could hear my heart beats as wild drum beats and my moth was too dry to make any sound. I felt my blood getting hot to evaporate.
All of a sudden, a thunder strike in my mind, I push her off and rush to the door in the dark.
Back in the hotel room rest in my bed, I received her phone call. She told me in a mild soft voice that she would keep the gift until I accept it.
Now after long years I swear myself that I will never accept that gift.
